The Ways of St. James in Germany

The map provides an overview of the Way of St. James routes in Germany and categorizes them into main routes, secondary routes, and those still under development.
Germany has a dense, well-signposted network of Way of St. James routes consisting of nearly 100 main, secondary, and feeder routes.
These routes, most of which are historic, run through all federal states and are connected to the main routes in France and Spain.
Most of these routes are consistently marked with the classic yellow scallop shell on a blue background.
